1．Valve position detecting mechanism
AOX-L series smart linear electric actuator through direct connection of rack on the output shaft and two sets of gears control mechanism to detect real-time valve positionand fully open fully closed position independently. It will maximum improve the accuracy and security.
2．Motor of AOX-L series smart linear electric actuator
Fully enclosed squirrel-cage motor, small size, large torque, small inertia force, insulation class F, built-in thermal protection switch to prevent damage to the motor, the power supply voltage and operating formats optional.
3．Terminal block for AOX-L series smart linear electric actuator
Installed in a separate wiring chamber, using the spring self - type terminal ensure robust and reliable

Installation, maintenance and storage
1. There should be no loose clearance at all joints of the AOX-L series smart linear electric actuator and the adjustment mechanism to ensure good adjustment effect, and the connection bolt should be evenly and symmetrically tightened during installation.
2. The handle and the transmission mechanism are not allowed to be lifted during transportation.
3. Before using the AOX-L series smart linear electric actuator, carefully read the instruction manual and check and verify according to the specified inspection method. Before the electric actuator is put into operation, check whether the power supply voltage at the site is in accordance with the regulations. At the same time, check the wiring according to the specified electrical installation wiring diagram. Pay attention to the wire number when wiring, and the wiring of each terminal should be firm.
