1. Firm corrosion-resistant housing: The shell is made of aluminum alloy, with anodic oxidation treatment and polyester powder coating. It is strong corrosion-resistant and enclosure IP67,NEMA 4 and 6, IP68 is optional.
2. External modulating module for AOX-R series motorized rotary actuator:Increase the space of the module, it will make the module more stable and have a longer service life.
3. New mechanical position indicator for AOX-R series motorized rotary actuator:The new sealing structure meet requirement of the outdoor working environment and avoid the water.
The gearbox of AOX-R series motorized rotary actuator adopts aluminum alloy to be stronger than PPC material (PPC tensile strength 11.84MPL, temperature resistance 80°C, aluminum alloy tensile strength 75MPL, temperature resistance 400°C), gear is made of 40Cr after three heat treatment, stability Higher and more durable, with better high temperature resistance.

Installation, maintenance and storage
1. The handle and the transmission mechanism are not allowed to be lifted during transportation.
2. The electrical installation of the AOX-R series motorized rotary actuator shall be carried out according to the relevant construction requirements of the electrical installation, and the explosion-proof products shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the “Installation Specifications for Electrical Equipment in Explosive Hazardous Locations”.
3. Pay attention to the handling during transportation, and use the forklift to load and unload according to the weight of the AOX-R series motorized rotary actuator mechanism model to avoid impact and damage the quality of the product.
