Electric Actuator Valve Position

After many years of development, the electric actuator has been developed from the primary potentiometer to today's absolute position encoder, has changed multiple changes. This main reason is that the market requirements are constantly changing, and is in the direction of high precision, high reliability.
The potentiometer detects the early actuators all using a potentiometer to detect the travel position, the potentiometer has three external electrical terminals, two fixed ends, one change terminal, the change terminal is connected to the electrical point of the sliding terminal inside the potentiometer, the sliding terminal The mechanical shaft is connected to the actuator's valve position. When the actuator is changed, the sliding terminal is slid between the internal points of the two fixed ends, and the output voltage of the potentiometer has changed, thereby reflecting the actuator in real time. Valve position changes.
