Basic Knowledge Of Electric Actuators

Actuator (also known as electric actuator)

English name: Electronic Actuator

Used in various industrial automation process control links.

Industry standard: JB/T-8219-1999

The angular stroke electric actuators are divided according to the movement: angular stroke, straight stroke and multi-turn

Most of the angular and straight-stroke actuators have been modified on the basis of multi-turn: based on multi-turn, with worm gear

Grade gearbox consists of 0~90° angular stroke electric actuator; with screw component to form a linear actuator

Angular stroke: 0~90° angular stroke for controlling angular stroke valves such as ball valves, plug valves, butterfly valves and louver valves;

Multi-turn electric actuator multi-rotation type: It needs to run more than 360° to realize the opening and closing of the valve, mainly used for the stop valve, the pipe clamp valve and the partition

Membrane valve

Straight stroke: the output is the force, the displacement is generated, mainly used for the gate valve and the slide valve.

Commonly used for supporting various valves to form electric valves or electric control valves (for example: gate valves, regulating valves, single seat valves, etc.)

AC or DC power is used as the driving energy; it is divided into two categories according to the operation mode (electric switch type and electric adjustment type)

The advantages are convenient energy access, fast signal transmission, long transmission distance, convenient centralized control, high sensitivity and precision, and electric adjustment.

The meter is easy to match and the wiring is simple.
