There are many brands of valve electric devices in the market, so there are different types of actuator products, but the torque values vary according to the manufacturing level, structure and material selection of the manufacturer. Therefore, when the valve is selected, the manufacturer should confirm the large torque value of the valve opening and closing.

In actual use, the valve opening or closing torque varies greatly due to system pressure fluctuations, media type, site environment, and operating characteristics. In order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the small and small valve electric device, an appropriate margin must be left in the selection. It is recommended to leave a margin factor of 1.1-1.3 times when selecting the model, ie: margin factor = actuator output torque / valve pressure test torque > 1.1-1.3 times.
There are two output torques for general small and small valve electric devices:
Starting torque: According to the requirements of JB/T8219 standard, the starting torque is the torque value of the static starting of the valve electric device at -15% rated voltage. The starting torque is usually used as the nameplate torque of the actuator to ensure that the actuator can drive the valve smoothly under extreme conditions.
